From mowing neighbors’ lawns on hot summer days to serving communities and corporations nationwide, Jared Hatch unearthed his passion for business before he could drive a car. By 18, though, Jared was operating his own landscape design company; he loved getting his hands dirty (literally) and beautifying the local community. Over time, his business reached a fork in the road – or rather, a crack in a driveway – which led him down the path of paving services.
Embodying an honest, hard-working nature from the start, Hatch Asphalt has since grown into one of the Northeast's leading paving services companies. Leveraging the latest technologies for operational efficiency and exceptional customer service, Hatch Asphalt’s commercial and municipal paving and preservation services offer increased property value, instant curb appeal, and smooth transportation through every season—all backed by exceptional engineering standards.

THE DORIS HATCH FOUNDATION
In 2017, Doris Hatch’s courageous battle against pancreatic cancer came to a devastating end. Her passing was the loss of a beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt, and grandmother. In her honor and memory, the Hatch Family established the Doris Hatch Foundation to assist with fundraising for the research and care of those affected by pancreatic cancer. Since 2018, the Doris Hatch Foundation has collectively raised over $150,000 and counting to support crucial organizations like the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.

At Hatch, we use recycled materials where possible – using cutting-edge machines that give new life to broken asphalt. All of our chosen partner facilities also adhere to strict standards for health and safety, as well as regulations around environmental impact, including energy use and water consumption.
